Universities refresh curriculum once a year in a field that changes every two to four weeks. Async courses finish under fifteen percent of the time. We are building the opposite: physical, cohort-based, rewritten every cycle.
A student who joins in January uses different tools than a student who joins in July. On purpose.

Every cohort ends with a portfolio of real outputs: shipped tools, working agents, live automations. The evidence that you can do the work is the work itself.

Twenty people in a room, all week, is a stronger forcing function than any dashboard. The cohort is the product, and peer pressure does the work willpower can't.
